Joining our program.

Little Oaks Academy currently has spaces available in select classrooms- please call for availability. Children are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis depending upon availability of spaces and classroom scheduling.  Children who have siblings enrolled in the Academy are given admission priority. We do offer a waiting list if space is not immediately available. A non-refundable $75.00 application/enrollment fee secures an offer for the next available opening in the appropriate age grouping/classroom.  This fee is required with all applications (waiting list or enrollment). Applying early is encouraged.

Prior to enrollment, parents/guardians must complete an application packet as well as attend an orientation visit and tour the center.  Little Oaks Academy’s admission policy does require full immunizations and submission of a current Department of Health Certificate of Immunization (TWIS form) prior to admission (or at two months of age if admitted younger). Children under the age of thirty months must also have proof of a physical examination completed within three months prior to their date of enrollment.

Tuition and fees

In addition to the non-refundable $75.00 registration fee per child due upon enrollment or addition to the waiting list, a non-refundable annual supply fee is applied to each child’s account in September (pro-rated quarterly for later enrollments). We also require a tuition closure fee of $425 within the first month of enrollment. Upon two week’s notice of withdrawal, this fee will applied to the final bill or refunded.

Infant Tuition: $1155/month

Toddler Tuition: $1075/month

Preschool Tuition: $1000/month

Discounts

We offer a multi-child discount for each additional child. Up to two weeks of vacation/absence are discounted at half-price with a two-week notice.

Little Oaks Academy does not currently accept state tuition certificates/vouchers or offer any additional discounts to the general public.
